Luggage

One checked bag per passenger, hand luggage, and mobility aids are included in the standard fare.

• Additional checked bags may cost $5 each
• Boxes, coolers, and packages may cost $4 each

Children and child seats

Please tell us in advance if you need a child seat so we can arrange it. Requests made at pickup may not be possible.

Accessibility and mobility aids

Mobility aids travel free of charge. Tell us what you use when booking so we can plan the right vehicle and pickup point.

Conduct

Seat belts must be worn. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle. We may end a trip where behaviour is unsafe or abusive toward the driver or other passengers.

Damage and excessive cleaning

Where a passenger causes damage or the vehicle needs cleaning beyond normal use, a charge set by [Legal business name] may apply.
