After-hours prepayment
Some rides require online payment at the time of booking. See the After-Hours and Holiday Policy for details.
Surcharges
A 25% surcharge applies between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM and on official public holidays.
Refunds
Where a prepaid ride is cancelled by 4K Transportation Services, the payment is refunded in full. Other refund requests are reviewed case by case by [Legal business name].
